EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have seven (7) days to decide whether or not to keep your items. Please take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. After 7 natural days from the date you received your order, WOMUM will not accept any exchange, return or refund except for a justified cause.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the faulty goods to us within 7 days of the day you received them.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on WOMUM website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
All items can be returned to us via registered post to the address we will send you to your email during the return and exchange process.

How can I return an item?
To return an item you will have to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return”, during the period of 7 natural days of receiving your order, explaining the reason/s for return.
We will contact you explaining where the item/s should be sent. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once WOMUM checks the product remains undamaged. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email to email@example.com with the subject “Exchange” explaining the replacement details. WOMUM will contact you indicating where you should send the item/s. Once WOMUM checks the product remains undamaged, your replacement item (same product different size) will be sent to you to the same address you provided at the beginning of the purchasing process.
Do I have to pay for a return or exchange?
In case of receiving a faulty good or a completely different item than the one you purchased, WOMUM will bear the shipping costs. You will need to include in your return package the transport bill in order for us to be able to refund the shipping charges.
